This policy explains what information TD Local SEO (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit tdlocalseo.com, how it is used, and who else handles it.
Information you give us
- Contact form. When you submit the form on our homepage we receive your name, email address, phone number, and message. The submission is delivered to us as a private message through Telegram so we can reply. The website itself does not keep a copy.
- Audit bookings. The booking calendar on our free audit page is provided by Calendly. The details you enter there are collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the call. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy notice, and its calendar loads only when you scroll to it.
- Email and phone. If you email contact@tdlocalseo.com or call or text us, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location. It uses cookies. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers record standard request information such as IP address, browser, and the page requested, to deliver and secure the site.
- Map. The interactive map on our homepage loads map images from Esri (ArcGIS). Your browser requests those images directly from Esri’s servers, which receive your IP address.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for audit calls, provide the services you sign up for, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client details for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain normal business records. You can ask us to delete the information you have sent us at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete information you have given us, email contact@tdlocalseo.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
